Overloon: ww2 wargames meeting
It maybe becomes a tradition but at the end of the year, a group of wargamers come together at the Overloon War Museum and play some Second World War games.
We didn't wargame there as we don't have any WW2 games (yet?) but visited the museum and the games.

Overloon is a place I've always wanted to visit, but it was too far to get to in a day from Rotterdam when I was working there. Do they run wargames there any any other times of year?

Afaik there are no other wargames at the Overloon museum. They have a modelling event and of course their yearly German armour day called Militracks which is on the 16th/17th of May 2020-see https://www.militracks.nl .
The Overloon museum has an agenda but 2020 isn't filled in yet (go to
https://www.oorlogsmuseum.nl/nl/home/ . there is an English version.
